Walther P-38, 9mm cal. auto military pistol.  Serial #9804a, mfg  Nazi Germany in 1942.  Very good condition. Mixed serial numbers.  Slide has a different serial from frame, barrel and locking block.  Date on the slide is 42.  5" barrel has good rifling with some darkness, fixed military sights.  Barrel has 85% blue with some pitting and rust on the surface and front sight.  Slide has 90% blue with scattered pit and rust marks.  Frame has 80% finish with use wear and some scattered light pitting and rust.  Lined bakelite grips are in good shape with surface wear.  P-38 post war magazine is in good shape.  No visible import mark.  Some WWII history here.  C&R OK.
