Harrington & Richardson, .410 ga. single shot shotgun.  Serial #A120188.  Fair condition.  28” barrel has dirty bore with pitting, 30% finish, turning brown.  Receiver has 30% finish turning brown. Top lever is a homemade replacement.  Stock and forearm have well-worn old finish with numerous light marks.  Action is still tight and works well.  Some miles on this one, but it will still do the job!   C&R OK.
