Germany.  Very good condition.  5” barrel has excellent bore, fixed sights.  Barrel and slide have 93% military finish with edge wear, stamped 2/62.  Aluminum slide has excellent finish with edge wear.  Import marked on front grip.  Black plastic grips are excellent.  Original shipping carton includes new black leather issue holster with extra mag and cleaning kit.  Action works fine – terrific P38 kit!
