Belgium.  Like new condition.  4 ½” barrel has excellent bore, fixed sights.  Slide has near 100% black finish.  Silver-finished frame is near 100%. Hogue contoured rubber grips are `100%.  Action works fine – appears test fired only. Includes Uncle Mikes nylon holster.  Nice modern Hi-Power!
