Colt Detective Special, .38 Special cal. double action revolver.   Serial #517304, mfg. 1949.  Good condition.  2” barrel has excellent bore, fixed sights.  Barrel and frame have re-blued finish with corrosion showing underneath, Colt horse symbol is faint.  Cylinder has edge and flute wear. Colt checkered walnut grips show some wear.  Double action works fine, lock up is slightly loose.  A good shooter!  C&R OK.
