Smith & Wesson Third Model "Perfected Target Pistol", .22 long rifle cal. single shot pistol.  Serial #6927.  Third Model - 1891 Model. 8 1/2” barrel has been shortened from original 10", homemade front sight installed.  Barrel has clean, shiny bore. 60% blue with some surface corrosion and light dings.  Barrel has non-matching serial no. Frame has 40% original finish with surface corrosion.  S&W checkered walnut grips are incorrect.  Action works OK. Lock-up is slightly loose.  A good shooter.  Antique, can ship to your door.
