Description
Japanese Nambu Type 14, 8mm cal. military auto pistol. Serial #37676, mfg. Japan in October of 1937. Excellent condition. Standard Jap officer issue in WWII. Non-matching bolt. Large trigger guard variation, possible parts mismatch slide and frame. 4 1/2" barrel has an excellent bore, fixed military sights. 96% blue finish with high edge wear and light marks on the bottom of the barrel and on the trigger guard. Gold wash finish on the safety lever and trigger are 80%. Wood lined grips are very good and additional cuts are around the magazine release on both sides for easier magazine extraction. Two non-matching serial number magazines are in very good shape. Unmarked leather holster is very good with some roughness on the underside of the flap and the leather pull tab missing. Overall a very presentable rig and a veteran bring back from the big one. C&R OK.
