Colt 1849 Pocket, .31 cal. single action black powder revolver.  Serial #240550, mfg. 1863.  Good condition.  Matching serial numbers.  4" barrel has a fair bore that's dark from age, fixed sights.  Etched stagecoach scene on cylinder has faded from age.  Finish has turned and is think on barrel, frame and cylinder.  Some light pitting and hits on barrel and cylinder.  Some marring on screws.  Brass trigger guard and straps are good with some discoloration and wear.  Wood grips are good with some hits and wear.  A good representative Civil War era revolver.  Antique, so it can ship directly to you.
