Smith & Wesson New Departure, .32 S&W cal. double action revolver. Serial #147891,  mfg. 1906.  Second Model. Excellent condition.  Matching numbers.  Wow, this early "Lemon Squeezer" is really a survivor and is in incredible condition for its age.  3 1/2" barrel has an excellent bright shiny bore, fixed sights.  98% nickel finish on the barrel and frame that's excellent with some minor scratches and high edge wear.  95% nickel finish on the cylinder with an index line and light flaking.  Checkered back strap.  Blued trigger guard is excellent as is the blued hinge.  Nice case coloring on the trigger.  Black plastic checkered S&W grips are in great condition.  You rarely find these old S&Ws in this condition.  C&R OK.
