Winchester Model 95, .30-40 Krag cal. lever action rifle. Serial #425362, mfg. 1932. Good condition. Depression age '95 with long 28" round barrel and very good bore. Buttstock has been replaced with a new oil finished stock and is smooth and nice - a bit proud over the tangs. Schabel forearm with black ebony piece. Mostly a gray gun with some blue on the lever. Good tight action. Vivid markings. "Rocky Mountain" type King rear sights with white accent. Post front sight with small brass blade. Marked ".30 ARMY" for caliber (.30-40 Krag). The hammer will not stay cocked, so needs a gunsmith's attention (we are not gunsmiths, so have no idea what is wrong with the mechanism). C&R OK. Gunrunner West item.
