Smith & Wesson Model 49 "Bodyguard", .38 Special cal. double action revolver.   Serial #359291, mfg. 1963.   Good condition.  2” barrel has excellent bore, fixed sights.  Barrel and frame have 70% blue with lots of edge and muzzle wear, crisp address markings.  Cylinder has 70% blue with flute and index marks. S&W checkered grips have worn finish with good checkering, Tylers grip adapter.  Unique shrouded frame for easy of carry, but still allowing single action operation.  Double action works fine.  A nice example.  C&R OK.
