A popular and rugged Civil War sidearm that shot double action, All gray gun with pepper pitting which is the usual way you find these. 6" round barrel and non-fluted cylinder. Bore is good. Mechanism works OK, but sometimes the trigger stays back and it hesitates at times. 1856 patent mark and maker on left frame side.
