Colt Python, .357 magnum cal. double action revolver.  Serial #31447, mfg. 1964.  Excellent condition.  2 ½” vent rib barrel has excellent bore, ramp front sight and adjustable rear.   Barrel and frame have 98% blue with just a touch of wear at muzzle and frame yoke.  Cylinder has 97% blue with light index marks.  Colt gold monogramed checkered walnut grips show light wear.  Double action works fine and locks up tightly. Rarely seen with 2 ½” barrel!  A beautiful example of Colt’s finest!   C&R OK.
