Smith & Wesson Model 36 "Chief's Special", .38 Special cal. double action revolver.   Serial #J174736, mfg. 1960.  Excellent condition. 2” barrel has excellent bore, fixed sights.  Barrel and frame have 98% blue with crisp markings.  Cylinder is 98% with faint index marks.  Case colored hammer and trigger.  S&W checkered walnut grips are excellent.  Double action works fine with tight lock-up – extremely clean example! Includes original box with correct label and cleaning tools.  C&R OK.
