U.S. Colt Model 1917, .45 acp. cal. military revolver.  Serial #166528, mfg. 1918.  Good condition.  Standard issue to U.S. WWI officers. 5 1/2" barrel has a very good bore, fixed military sights.  70% blue finish with general overall use wear on the barrel, cylinder and frame.  Smooth wood grips with a crack and chip on the left grip that's also marked "MCRR 40", the right grip is very good.  Action locks up tight.  Missing the lanyard ring.  Comes with three half moon clips.  Nice WW1 example.  C&R OK.
