Cleveland Cutlery Stag Handled Knife, mfg. Solingen, Germany.  Very good condition.  15 1/4" overall length.  In addition to the maker and origin marks, the blade is also marked "eee".  10" blade is in good shape with sharpening marks, and it's sharp!  Brass guard and aluminum top.  Real stag handled grip is in great shape.  Comes with an unmarked leather scabbard that's in good shape with some wear.  The closing strap looks newer.  Nice looking and substantial vintage German made knife.
