Slight cylinder ring, so it has been cocked, but not shot. Black adjustable rear sights. Pinned ramp sight with orange insert in blade. Gold S&W monogrammed new style checkered walnut grips have a couple of little marks on the bottom edge. Wide checkered hammer. Wide grooved trigger. Very flashy and nice! Includes blue factory hard case with manual, gun lock, gun lock keys (2), copper cleaning brush, bore swab, cleaning rod and S&W screwdriver - all in sealed plastic packages.
