Originally a .455 Eley and then converted by the arsenal to .45 Long Colt. 5 1/2" barrel has an excellent bore. British proof marks on barrel, frame and cylinder ("broad arrow, E under crown). Nice tight action. "COLT" marked checkered hard rubber grips are excellent. Lanyard loop. Lanyard and canvas holster are 1943 Canadian - excellent condition. Fixed sights. 1905 patent date on barrel top with maker's address. 30% blue with gray. Very good vintage Colt revolver! C&R OK. Gunrunner West item.
