Winchester Model 70 Super Grade, .30-06 cal. bolt action rifle.  Serial #167380, mfg. 1950.  Excellent condition.  The highest grade of the "Rifleman's Rifle". 24” barrel has excellent bore, hooded ramp front sight, rear is blanked.  Barrel has 98% blue with crisp address markings.  Receiver has 98% matte finish.  Trigger guard and floor plate are 98% with correct “Super Grade” stamp.  Bolt has been polished bright – no serial no. visible.  Super grade stock has excellent finish and checkering with correct black forend tip and grip cap.  Super grade sling swivels.  Correct butt plate.  Fitted with vintage Weaver KV 2 3/4x-5x variable scope with clear optics,, plain cross hairs in vintage Redfield mounts.  Bolt action works smoothly – beautiful M70 Super Grade in the classic caliber!   C&R OK.
