Czech VZ52/57, 7.62x39 semi-auto military carbine.Ê Serial #ET30781, mfg, Czechoslovakia in 1958. A hard to find military rifle in excellent condition. 20" barrel with an excellent shiny bore. Adjustable 900 meter combat sights. The finish is excellent at 95%. The heat shield on the top of the handguard and top cover are painted black. Stock is excellent. Matching numbers with no visible import mark. A very interesting rifle with a side-folding bayonet. Based on a Walther design from the end of WWII and later evolved into the VZ 58. These saw action in the Bay of Pigs invasion. A very interesting piece of Cold War History. C&R OK.
