Smith & Wesson Model 19-3 "Combat Magnum", .357 magnum cal. double action revolver.  Serial #BHV4074, mfg. 1991.  Excellent condition.  6” barrel has excellent bore, ramp front sight and micro-adjustable rear.  Barrel and frame have near 100% % blue.  Cylinder is 98% with light index wear.  S&W walnut checkered grips are excellent.  Case colored target hammer and trigger.   Double action works fine with tight lock-up.  Shot very little.  In original box with matching label, extra set of Pachmayr grips.  An extremely nice Combat Magnum!
