Mauser Model 98, 8mm cal. sporterized bolt action rifle.  Serial #1863, mfg. Germany.  Good condition.  23” barrel has excellent bore.  Barrel and receiver have been re-blued.  Williams open sights and scope safety.   Markings are faint, but visible.  Matching numbers receiver and floor plate, bolt is non-matching.  Bishop sporter stock is dull finished with tung oil.  German coin inlet into left side of stock.  Bolt action works fine.  C&R OK.
