Belgian .30 cal. pinfire single action revolver.  NSN. Poor condition.   4” octagon barrel has excellent bore, sights are missing.  Barrel and frame have no remaining finish.  Cylinder has no remaining finish.  Walnut grips have very good smooth finish.  Single action does not work properly, cylinder does not index.
