Smith & Wesson Model 12-3 Military & Police Airweight, .38 Special cal. double action revolver.  Serial #9D55979, mfg. 1977.  Excellent condition.  4” barrel has excellent bore and blue.  Alloy frame and trigger guard have near 100% blue finish with few very fine scratches.  Blue cylinder is excellent with very faint index marks.  Nicely case colored trigger and hammer.  Square butt grips have very good original finish with strong checkering and some handling marks on the bottom.  Double action works excellent and locks up tightly – cannot have been fired much.  A pristine example!
