U.S. Smith Corona Model 1903A3, .30-06 cal. bolt action military rifle. Serial #C3709844, mfg. 1943. A4 style sniper rifle (not the real deal as the original snipers were Remington A4's with 330 scopes) with a Weaver Model 440 scope with a post reticule - optics are cloudy. Redfield mount and rings. Leather cheek piece and sling are in excellent condition.  Smith Corona barrel is dated 12-43 with an excellent shiny bore. Stock has a repair at the grip with a few hits and scratches - no visible cartouche or stamps.  Bolt assembly  mark is faint and unreadable.  A great looking rifle that will be lots of fun at the range or would look at home in your War Room!
