American Arms Co., 12 ga. side by side hammer shotgun.  Serial #93980, mfg. Belgium.  Good condition.  30” laminated steel barrel have rough bores with heavy pitting.  Barrels, frame and trigger guard have little remaining finish, mostly grey.  Frame and trigger guard have light scroll engraving accents. Lock plates have no remaining finish. Hammers cock nicely.  Walnut stock and forearm have very good original finish with strong checkering and few handling marks. One small chip at toe of the stock.  Nice original butt plate.  Action locks up tightly.  A really nice example of a “Turn of the Century” catalog gun.  Would look great over a fireplace!  C&R OK.
