Pre-WWII U.S. Navy Ensign Bicorn Hat, Belt and Epaulets in Case.  Good condition.  Hat is made by Jacob Reed's Sons, Philadelphia.  The hat is somewhat dry from age and has surface wear on the top and sides.  The black leather liner is cracked and dry.   The gold colored belt buckle is unmarked and is in good shape.  The leather belt is in poor condition.  The high quality shoulder epaulets are in good condition with age and some staining. Includes original unmarked metal case that has finish wear.
