Remington Model 25, .25-20 cal. slide action rifle.  Serial #21981. Good condition.  24” barrel has good bore with worn rifling. Barrel and magazine tube have 30% fading finish with some corrosion marks.  Receiver and trigger guard have 20% original finish remaining.  Butt stock has thinning original varnish, numerous dongs and hits, some chipping on top behind receiver, original butt plate.  Forearm has dinged screws.  Action functions fine – a nice example of a scarce Remington pump rifle.  C&R OK.
