Italian Vetterli/Carcano, 6.5mm cal. bolt action military rifle.  Serial #5635, mfg. Italy, 1890.  Antique. Good condition.  33” barrel has excellent bore.  Barrel and receiver have 100% old re-blued finish with crisp markings.  Stock has been sanded smooth and re-finished.  Crisp cartouche on stock.  These rifles were converted from the original 10.4x47R cartridge to 6.5mm Carcano during WWI.  An interesting WWI variant.  Antique - can ship right to your doorstep.
