Germany in the 1980s.  Excellent condition.  Paperwork indicates fit for Colt Government Model 45s and Commander Models.  4 7/8" barrel has an excellent bore, fixed front and adjustable rear sights.  98% blue finish with some light high edge storage pit marks.  Appears complete and includes the shim kit and tools and paperwork.  Comes with one excellent Colt .22 LR marked blue magazine that looks unused.  All are packaged in a nice Pachmayr marked wooden box with sliding top.  Uncommon high quality German made conversion unit.
