Ithaca Lefever Nitro Special, 20 ga. side by side shotgun,.  Serial #333533, mfg. 1936.  Very good condition.  28” barrel has clean bores without pitting, excellent blue with some marks on top rib.  2 ¾” chambers, choked MOD & FULL.  Double triggers and extractors.  Receiver has little remaining finish with about 10% case colors, more in protected areas.  Wide beavertail forearm appears to be original, but has been coarsely checkered.  Butt stock has good original varnish with several scrape marks and small nicks.  Action works fine and locks up tightly, top lever well to right.  These are very sturdy - nice old vintage double gun!  C&R OK.
