Colt Model 1860 Army U.S. Calvary Commemorative Set, .44 cal. percussion revolvers.  Serials #2896US and #2896US, mfg. 1977.  New unfired condition.  Two handguns: 8” barrels have unfired bores and 100% blue finish.  100% case colored frames and hammers.  Cylinders have 100% blue with rolled-on engraved naval scenes.  Brass frames and trigger guards are excellent, but could use a little polishing.  Smooth walnut grips have excellent finish and crisp inspector’s marks.  Matching number detachable shoulder stock has excellent finish without marks, brass will need some polishing.  In Colt walnut presentation case with authentic powder measure, bullet mold for bullet & ball, combination wrench and percussion cap container.  Includes separate Colt paper boxes for each revolver.
