Savage's 75th Anniversary model of the famous '99 with 24" octagon barrel, speical engraved receiver, brass crescent butt, brass lever and Savage Arms Indian brass medallion in the right side of the buttstock. Nice! This specimen has been shot, but has an excellent bore. 98%++ blue. High vintage white accented rear buckhorn sights. Tall brass blade front sight. Oil finished American walnut stock has fairly straight grain. Brass cartridge counter and brass loaded chamber indicator. Schabel forearm. Drilled and tapped for scope use.
