Ruger New Model Blackhawk, .38-40/10mm cal. single action revolver.  Serial #611-03109.  Excellent condition.  6 ½” barrel has excellent bore.  Ramp front sight and adjustable rear.  Barrel and frame have 98% blue.  .38-40 cylinder has 95% blue with light index marks.  10mm cylinder appears unfired.  Ruger walnut grips are excellent.  In original box with instructions and shipping sleeve.  Very unusual caliber set!  Cannot have been fired much.  Nice choice for the high country with 10mm hardcast bullets - a proven grizzly stopper.
