Ithaca Model 49, .22 short, long and long rifle cal. single shot lever action carbine.  NSN.  Excellent  condition.  18” barrel has excellent bore and blue.  Alloy receiver and lever have 93% blue finish with some light edge wear.  Stock and forearm have very good finish with some rub marks and a one inch ding of the underside of the wood in front of the barrel band.  Single shot Martini-style action works fine.  A nice “first .22”.  Long discontinued and long mourned as they fit a really cool niche of a cowboy looking lever action, but made in single shot for the beginning shooter.
