German Luger,  9mm cal. auto military pistol. Serial #5978i, mfg. 1921 by Mauser. Good condition. Standard German/Nazi officer issue. Mismatched - appears to have been  built from parts. The finish is a mix of original blue with cold blue at 60%  some polished edges and old signs of pitting. 4” barrel has a lightly frosted bore. Toggle is “42” marked.  The chamber is dated "1921". Import marked under side of barrel. Frame is slotted for stock. Wood checkered grips have smoothness with some dings. Aluminum bottom magazine reads “Made in Germany”. Black leather flap holster is in good condition and is dated 1936 - nice value here. Great for reenacting or shooting. C&R OK.
