U.S. Colt 1911A1, .45 acp cal. military auto pistol.   Serial #1175484, mfg. 1943.  Very good condition.  Standard U.S. officer issue during WWII.  5" barrel is marked "f" and "Colt 45 Auto" on the underside, has very good rifling with some frosting, fixed military sights.  80% blue finish on the slide and frame with general finish wear.  GHD inspector mark and United States Property and Model 1911A1 U.S. Army on the frame.  Wood checkered grips are very good with the right grip being a lighter color.  WWII vintage magazine is in good shape.  Nice example from the big one!  C&R OK.
