Browning Model 1885, .223 cal. single shot rifle.  Serial #03925NW247, mfg. Japan.  28” tapered octagonal barrel has excellent bore.  Gold bead front sight and carbine – style rear.  Drilled and tapped for scope mounting.   Barrel, receiver and lever have near 100% deep blue.  Stock and forearm have 97% glossy finish with one slight dent at toe of stock.  Single shot action works perfectly.  Add some glass and bust some chucks!
