Howa Model 1500, .22-250 cal. bolt action rifle. Serial #B353243, mfg, Japan.  24” heavy barrel has excellent bore.  Barrel and receiver have near 100% stainless finish.  Alloy trigger guard and floor plate have 98% silver finish.  Laminated thumbhole target stock has excellent finish with wide target style forearm.  Bolt action works fine.  Undoubtedly a tack driver – add some glass and head to the chuck fields!
