U.S. Remington Model 1917, .30-06 cal. bolt action military rifle. Serial #183801, mfg. 1917. Very good condition. Standard U.S. infantry issue during World War I. 26” barrel has very good bore with strong rifling.  Remington barrel is dated "1-18".  Receiver has lots of finish wear.  Correct sights.  “Flaming bomb” mark on receiver and bolt. Trigger guard and floor plate show some wear.  Stock has very good finish with few handling marks.  Nice canvas GI sling.   Very nice example.  C&R OK.
