Colt Woodsman, .22 long rifle cal. auto pistol.   Serial #140957, mfg. 1940. First Series.  Excellent condition.  4 1/2” barrel has excellent bore, adjustable thin blade front sight and correct rear.  Barrel, slide and frame have been reblued crisp address markings. Colt logo on slide is a little faint. Checkered walnut grips are excellent.  Correct magazine.  Action works fine.  Very nice early Woodsman!  C&R OK.
