Arisaka Type 38, 7x57? cal. bolt action sporter.  Serial #919157, mfg. Kokura arsenal.  Very good condition.  20” barrel has excellent bore – caliber is unmarked.  Barrel and receiver have very good original blue with some scratch marks.  Trigger guard and floor plate show some wear.  Walnut sporter stock has nice smooth finish with contrasting forend tip and ventilated recoil pad.  Fitted with Sightron 3.5x-10x variable scope with clear optics, duplex reticle.  Bolt action works smoothly.  Nicely done Arisaka sporter.  C&R OK.
