Turkish Model 1938, 8mm Mauser cal. military bolt action rifle.  Serial #231883, mfg. Turkey.  Good condition.  Non-matching bolt.  29" barrel is heavily packed with grease that will need a good cleaning, fixed front and 1-20 marked adjustable rear military sights.  Mostly a gray gun with evenly faded blue finish.  Chamber marked "TC ANKARA K-KALE" and dated 1946.  Smooth hardwood stock is in very good shape with some light hits and impressions.  Steel butt plate and sling swivels.  Includes cleaning rod.  Import marked on the barrel.  C&R OK
