Savage 99EG, .300 Savage cal. lever action rifle.   Serial # 743716, mfg. 1954. Excellent condition.  24” barrel has excellent bore, gold bead front sight, rear is blanked.  Barrel and receiver have excellent blue finish.  Lever has very good case coloring.  Stock and forearm have excellent finish and checkering, correct steel butt plate.  Sling swivel mounts added.  Fitted with Bushnell 3x-9x variable scope with clear optics, duplex reticle.  Lever action works fine.  One of the all-time classic deer rifles!   C&R OK.
