Iver Johnson Top Break, .38 S&W cal. double action only revolver.  Serial #8621.  Good condition.  5" barrel has good rifling with some darkness in the grooves, fixed sights.  Blue finish has turned mostly even patina from age.  Five round cylinder.  The action locks up well.  Wood grip is in very good shape.  Includes a Boyt brown leather belt holster.  C&R OK.
