Marlin Model 1895SS, .45-70 cal. lever action rifle.  Serial #12044213.  Marlin manufacture. Appears unfired - excellent++ condition.  22” Micro-Groove barrel has excellent bore.  Hooded front sight and folding leaf rear.  Barrel, lever and receiver have near 100% blue.  Stock and forearm have excellent finish with some handling dings on right side.  Includes original box.  Hands down these are the choice of mountain guides for camp guns. Will knock a grizzly back for sure. Cook up some hardcast 300 grains and fear no evil!
