U.S. 1941 Johnson Rifle, .30-06 cal. semi-auto military rifle. Serial #7426. Poor condition. Involved in a fire, so the wood has been burned off and the action parts melted inside. Bolt will not move. Appears to have had a bayonet on during the fire and only the base remains. Char is especially bad on the right side. Model number, address and serial number are readable on top of receiver. Heat guard intact. This old girl will never shoot again, but would make an interesting display piece in a WWII theme. C&R OK.
