Charter Arms Off Duty, .38 Special cal. double action revolver.  Serial #974043.  Excellent condition.  2" barrel has an excellent bore, blade front sight with orange dot.  98% blue finish with just a light cylinder index line on the five round cylinder.  The action locks up solid.  Charter Arms marked smooth wood grips are excellent.  Looks to have a low round count.
