Marlin Model 42, 12 ga. slide action shotgun.   Serial #6358, mfg. 1922-1933.  Very good condition.  30” plain barrel has clean shiny bore, matted top rib with some blue wear behind muzzle.  2 ¾” chamber, choked FULL.  Receiver has very good finish with light edge wear and a “blotch” on left side.  Forearm has excellent finish.  Butt stock has very good finish with some slip-on pad wear.  Action works OK.  Neat vintage Marlin pump!   C&R OK.
