FN barreled action receiver, bolt, .30-06 cal.  Serial #19658, receiver made in Belgium.  Good condition.  22 1/2"  JC Higgins, Sears Roebuck, Model 50 marked barrel has strong rifling with some darkness in the grooves, fixed front and barrel mounted adjustable rear sights.  The receiver is drilled and tapped with five holes for a mount.  Polished bolt with checkered underside bolt knob.  The action appears to work fine and includes all the internal parts.  80% blue finish with some general wear and peppering to the finish, heaviest on the magazine floor plate and trigger guard.  No stock.  Good foundation to complete your build.
